Development Program

For too long, women in soccer have faced barriers to success, both as players and as front office professionals. We’re changing that by providing women in soccer more opportunities to develop off-the-field business experience through sourcing and sponsoring internship and educational programs.

The Front Office Development Program is a passion project created by a group of soccer-loving friends with experience playing soccer, working in soccer front offices, and studying soccer academically. Throughout our careers, we’ve recognized how soccer players are often forced to choose between prioritizing their sporting goals and building their résumés. By creating an organization to support players with their career development on and off the field, we’re establishing a talent pipeline of great athletes and great soccer business professionals who will become the next generation of leaders in our sport.
